Thank you to any of you that like my work enough to consider commissioning me for a card. I truly appreciate your support. Remember you are commissioning a professional to create something that otherwise wouldn't exist.
There are three choices to consider when starting a commission with me. Art style, card layout, printing finish. Below you'll see those options, their prices, and some examples. Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions.
These cards reference existing characters in a cartoon kind of style. Something like Hank from King of the hill as a Diabolic Intent.
These cards are in the style of a dark graphic novel inking, usually set on a plain color or black and white background.
These cards are fully rendered digital paintings, there is complex color and shading and detail that goes into these. These can also be serialized.
This is a standard magic frame, this includes any traditional framing you'd find on a magic card.
This option requires a custom layout for all card information that is designed to look like a poster.
This option results in a card that is designed to look like a cover of a book, game, or movie and can include textures that add effects like age and wear and tear.
This option includes a professional gamecard matte finish that is smooth and feels like a regular MTG card.
This option is a full card foil finish in either a traditional holo foil, a holo surge foil, or a holo shard foil. For a professional and luxury feel.
These cards have parts of the card that are a matte silk finish while specific parts of the art are highlighted by colored or holographic foils layered and pressed onto the card for a card that shimmers and grabs the attention of the whole POD.
Each commission gets you 10 copies of the card plus some extra goodies from the shop. If I have a great idea for a companion, partner, or high synergy card, I may even throw that in for free. Cards that I feel will sell well in the store may receive a discount of up to 50% off the total.
After you've made your choices above, reach out to me either here on my page, through Instagram DM, Etsy Message, or my email: SmoovGorilla@gmail.com. Include the selections you've made above, the mtg card you want to make, and the details of what you'd like. I'll get back to you as soon as I can and get you a spot reserved in the commission queue.
